Serve this multi-tasking punch as a mocktail or cocktail with added prosecco. It’s ideal for keeping glasses full on a celebration such as New Year's Eve

Tip the coconut water, pineapple and orange juices, jalapeño (if using) and lime juice into a large jug and mix. Chill until ready to serve.
Put a handful of ice in each glass, then pour over the chilled punch. Add a glug of rum for adult drinks, if you like. Drizzle a dash of grenadine down the inside of each glass to create an ombré effect, or, pour the punch into flutes and top up with sparkling water or prosecco. Garnish with sparkly or tropical cocktail stirrers, umbrellas and straws if you want that fun, tropical feel for your party.
