Easy soft flatbreads
Make our easiest ever flatbread recipe with just a handful of ingredients and no yeast. They’re perfect for mopping up a warming curry or saucy shakshuka

Blend feta, spinach and dill into a pot of hummus to elevate it to new flavour levels. Enjoy with your favourite crudités and breads for scooping
Defrost and drain the spinach, then chop and stir into the pot of hummus (or, blitz in a food processor for a smoother texture). Crumble in the feta and stir in the dill. Spoon into a bowl and top with a little more crumbled feta, lemon zest and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
