What is the BBC Good Food Wine Club?
The BBC Good Food Wine Club offers you savings on exclusively curated cases of Laithwaite’s wine. Once you’ve signed up using our introductory offer, you will be enrolled onto a Laithwaite’s plan of four, eight or 12 weeks, unless you opt out after creating your account. Your plan is customisable, plus Laithwaite’s will regularly send you exclusive offers on BBC Good Food collaboration cases.
Each case will contain tasting notes for pairing wine with food, along with the stories behind each bottle and serving suggestions.
If you’re not happy with the plan, you can cancel at any time, no questions asked.

What's in the case?

From France, there’s the gold-medal-winning Carmelle Sauvignon Blanc, which is bright and citrussy, with delicate pear and apple fruit. Bergerac’s Guyendac also provides a zingy hit that’s balanced with pineapple notes, and ends with a creamy finish.
Next is the best-selling Queen Bee Viognier from South Africa’s Western Cape. It’s another award-winner, with mouth-watering stone fruits and sweet spice. There’s also rising star Kutjevo Graševina, from Croatia’s upcoming wine hotspot, Slavonia. Plus, Villa Broglia Gavi de Gavi – it’s pure and fresh, with citrus, herbal and almond notes.
No white case would be complete without a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, and Nelson Bay delivers with punchy lime, tropical fruit and a mineral zip.
How is the wine chosen?

Wine expert Henry Jeffreys, along with the BBC Good Food team, selects all of the wines on offer to BBC Good Food readers. Henry writes about wine for The Guardian and The Spectator, and on his blog, worldofbooze. He’s also a judge in the Best Drinks Producer category for the BBC Food and Farming Awards. His book, The Home Bar (£25, Jacqui Small), is out now.
