What you'll need
  • 2 large bananas
  • 12 large marshmallows
  • 150g Dr. Oetker Extra Dark Chocolate
  • 20g Dr. Oetker Dinosaur Head Sprinkles
  • 20g Dr. Oetker Unicorn Head Sprinkles
  • Dr. Oetker Writing Icing Brights
  • 8 straws/cake pop sticks
Method

1.  Cut the bananas in half, then push each piece onto a cake pop stick. Divide the 12 marshmallows between four cake pop sticks.

2.  In a bowl, melt the Dr. Oetker Extra Dark Chocolate in a bowl, microwaving for 30 secs, stirring, then continuing to melt in 10 sec bursts, stirring between each burst until the chocolate is melted. Leave to cool for 10 mins.

Tip from Dr. Oetker
These are so easy to make, all the fun is in the decorating!

3.  Once the chocolate has cooled, dip each marshmallow and banana pop into the melted chocolate until coated – you can use a spoon to help pour chocolate over the pop, if needed. Gently tap the stick onto the side of the bowl to remove any excess chocolate, then leave to set on a piece of baking parchment.

Tip from Dr. Oetker
The banana, marshmallow and chocolate flavour combination is yummy!

4.  Before the chocolate has completely set, sprinkle each pop with the Dr. Oetker Dinosaur Head Sprinkles and the Dr. Oetker Unicorn Head Sprinkles, and use the Dr. Oetker Writing Icing Brights to create patterns on the pops. Allow to set completely by chilling for 30 mins.
