Breakfast oaty bakes With Alpro Oat Original drink

Alpro Oat Original drink is rich in fibre, making these delicious little bakes the perfect breakfast or pick-me-up snack

Makes 12 | Prep 15 mins | Cook 25 mins
  • 150g porridge oats
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 30g chia seeds
  • 250ml Alpro Oat Original drink
  • 5 tbsp agave syrup
  • 50g mixed seeds
  • 50g dried cranberries
  • 5 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 50g self-raising flour
    METHOD
  • 1 Preheat the oven to 200C°/180C fan/gas 6 and line a large flat baking sheet with baking paper.

  • 2 Combine the oats, cinnamon and chia seeds in a mixing bowl. Pour over the Alpro Oat Original drink, stir to coat everything and leave to stand for 5 mins.

  • 3 Fold through the remaining ingredients. Spoon the mixture into rounds on your baking tray, wet your hands to prevent sticking and press down on each bake with your fingers to flatten a little.

  • 4 Bake for 25 mins, until lightly golden, and transfer to a cooling rack. When completely cool, store in an airtight container for up to a week.
