Banana split With Alpro Plain with Coconut

Enjoy this tropical-tasting banana split. Filled with wonderfully smooth Alpro Plain with Coconut plant-based alternative to yogurt, which is rich in plant protein

  • 1 small banana
  • 2 tbsp Alpro Plain with Coconut
  • handful raspberries
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • pinch of cacao nibs, optional
  • sprinkle of toasted coconut flakes, optional
    METHOD
  • 1 Split the banana in half lengthways and put on a plate or in a shallow bowl.

  • 2 Spoon over the Alpro Plain with Coconut, then top with the raspberries and a drizzle of the almond butter.

  • 3 Sprinkle with the cacao nibs and toasted coconut flakes, if using. Serve immediately.
