"To belgium2970-I made these many times, also used different ingredients like cooked chicken as I have 3 young kids and they love them.I froze them as well, they were nice to eat but not as nice as fresh, the best way to reheat them I'd say is to pop them in the oven to crisp up a bit,I would't use microwave.absolutely delicious when fresh."

"this was very nice and tasty.I couldn't find green chillies so used romano peppers, halved.when I was making the sauce,it sais to add sugar + the fish sauce, then increase the heat and cook for 5 mins, well mine started to burn after few mins so I took it off the heat stirring all the time and it just turned black-burned completely!I didn't understand why that happened, but luckyly I had enough ingredients so made it again, this time I added the coconut milk after just few minutes to stop it from burning again.and it worked, enjoyed it very much!"

Pears & prunes in mulled (well, sort of) wine

    Tested

"oh my god, this was heaven on a plate, absolutely gorgeous.I made it tonight, was looking for a recipe to use up prunes I've had here for ages and I thought I'd try this one and I couldn't believe how yummy that was, like a dessert in a 5 star restaurant.the only thing I will change when making it next time is to peel the pears,it didnt say anything about peeling them in the recipe,I didn't mind the skin but if making it for guests I will peel them.I used conference pears and vanilla pod paste as I find useing vanilla pod very fiddly.I didn't make the sugared lemon zest, served it with vanilla ice cream, can't wait to make it again!!!!"

"I made this a few weeks ago and it was absolutely gorgeous!I only had a small loaf tin so I halved the ingredients, apart from the jammy raspberries that go in the centre,I made the same amount as for the big tin and it was just perfect-half of that wouldn't be enough, and the same for the sauce that goes on top,it was realy realy nice.I also didnt have amaretti biscuits so used sponge fingers and it was yummy.my family loved it,will definitely make again!!"
