"These were just lovely. The tartness of the filling works wonderfully with the sweetness of the merginue. I made two batches and ate three before anyone else got a chance to see them! I did cheat the first time however and used shop bought meringue nests. I made proper ones in next batch and these were lighter but either way, they were lovely. "

"I made this for a girlie lunch dessert and its was GORGEOUS. I used the suggestion of adding sponge fingers to the bottle of the glass with strawberries and blueberries - fab. So so easy to make. Will definately be making this again... and again... and again!"

"I found the meat to be quite tough. I cooked it for the recommend time but it needed a lot more and I wasn't overly impressed unfortunatly. The sauce was delicious however, but the meat was a bit chewy. I wouldn't do this receipe again."
