"We couldn't find Toulouse sausages, but used Waitrose Pepper and Red Chilli sausages instead, and those were fantastic. When we re-did it later with Toulouse sausages, it was obvious that the Chilli ones were better! No matter how you do it though, it's a fantastic, quick, tasty and warming stew."

"We put mushrooms in ours, use pancetta cubes (for extra taste, and it's easier!) and also use creme fraiche instead of single cream. The result is still delicious..."
