"I doubled the recipe but only used 6 bananas. Worked fine. Made 19 good sized muffins! (Good job they freeze). Very yummy. They are a little high in calories/fat but a good breakfast on the run before a busy day."

"Don't know where I went wrong but these were horrid! Couldn't get smoked tofu, don't know how much difference that made. There was not enough of the sauce and I found these bland and tasteless. Won't be trying again. Sorry!"

"I made this for friends and followed the recipe. It was a hit, very yummy. Did take a little effort, not a midweek dinner for me but a nice veggie dish for when having friends round."

"I made this with a couple of packs of Tesco fish pie packs of fresh fish with contain smoked haddock, cod and salmon. Also added some prawns and peas. Topped with mashed potatoe and parmasan. Delicious, made twice now and will definately be a favourite when we have people over."
