"Really lovely, used a simple home made tomato sauce (onion, garlic, tinned tomato, tomato purée, basil and oregano) and it worked really well. About to cook it for the second time, on the recommendations I might try some slightly different cheeses, although I really liked the creaminess of the mascarpone."
