"I made this for my boyfriend's birthday as he loves bakewell tarts. It was an absolute winner, packed full of almond flavour and the cherry conserve was just right. Will be making this one again for sure."

"This is a fab receipe. We eat a lot of salmon and I have been looking for a simple sauce to go with pan fried fillets. It's tasty, the capers work brilliantly and I'd never thought of using creme fresh! Really easy to make too. Will make this again and again."

"I made this last night, but halved the recipe for 2 instead. It worked well, smelt lovely but I would have to say it is quite sharp and lemony and I ended up adding just a touch of sugar to balance the sharpness. Sauce thickened up but I'm not sure I would class it as 'sticky'. Will make again."
