"Lemons are big and fat here in Cyprus at the mo so I thought I'd take advantage. I added about 2 cms of root ginger to this and it was delicious. Must admit I wasn't convinced about using the whole lemon as I thought the pith might make it bitter - but it didn't. Having a glass of it as I type this - cheers everyone!"
