"Very easy to make and tasty - i used salmon and added more parmesan as i like a stronger taste. I didn't actually enjoy the buttery lemony sauce and it was too greasy for me."

"These cakes are fantastic - i'm a complete novice when it comes to baking but i found these so easy to make and they were stunning! Made them the first time for my sisters birthday and everybody come back for seconds. Have tried the frosting both with white choc and milk and it's delicious both ways!"

"I love this recipe! It never fails to impress anyone that comes for dinner - although presentation wise it can look like a big green mess!! (But that's just my serving technique i think!!) I used spinach instead of the spring greens and added an extra dollop of pesto. "

"Fab dish - quick and easy to make and absolutely delicious. It's definitely one of mine and other halfâs favourite weekday dishes. I too used fresh aubergine as didn't like the look of the jarred stuff!"
