"This is absolutely lovely, with little kick, right textures and so quick to make. Also, great for anyone who is watching their waistline. I made it this morning for work lunch, just put less soya sauce, scared of sodium. It took 15 minutes all in all and I brought it to work with rocket, lamb lettuce and red bell pepper salad dressed with just lemon juice. Wow, the whole office was asking what it is! Very worth making, I will definitely make it again and again"

Yummy scrummy carrot cake

"It doesnt get any better than this. But I make it with different icing, I use butter and icing sugar, little lemon and orange juice. Mix them together until nice and creamy, smooth and spread on COLD cake. Lush but do make sure that the cake is really cold because even if its just slightly warmish it will melt the butter... not a good thing. This cake is firm family favourite along with banana loaf and poppy seed cake. Thanks for this recipe"

"This was simply delicious! I made it twice already and it went down well both times. Second time I only had one garlic head so I used two shallots along with the garlic, they were lovely served with the chicken."

Pumpkin soup

"Super tasty, I have added little spicy paprika and instead of pumpkin seeds I have used sunflower seeds. Went down really well and no doubt I will make it again. Maybe even today :))"

Sherried squash soup

"Lovely soup, I added garlic, no chilli but I did leave out the sherry, I don't like the tast of alcohol. It is lovely even without it, I served it with bit of chopped parsley, crunchy croutons and tiny bits of crunchy grilled turkey breast and I have to say it went down a treat! The whole family was very impressed and it only took 40 minutes to make all together! I will do this again."
