"This is one of the best cakes I've made with fresh soft fruit. The raspberries gave a really nice tartness to the sweet almond flavour. The combination really works and was enjoyed by everyone who tried it. :)"

"I used the breadmaker on the dough setting. The dough came out perfect. The buns were really good using the maple syrup & Pecans but I also did ones with mixed dried fruit and a small amount of icing on the top. Good Recipe that everyone loved :)"

"Very easy and tasty recipe. Using the Feta makes it quite salty so no need to season the tomato mixture before covering the feta. We had this as a lunchtime snack with a fresh crusty Baquette, some pastrami, salad & olives and it was fantastic."
