"This sounds wonderful, and I will make it for the holidays. In the meantime, I'm looking for a recipe for a toffee apple tart like the one I had at The Willow Tea Room in Glasgow. It had a shortbread crust, and the filling seemed to be a very dense, moist apple cake. It was topped with a smooth layer of sticky toffee and served in slices like a pie. Anyone have an idea of where to find such a recipe? Thanks!"
