"This was delicious- I did use good quality tinned crab and found it to be fine- will definitely try with fresh though. The flavours were fresh and summery and this was a really easy recipe! Mmmm yummy!"

"wasn't overly impressed with this recipe - did have probelms with lumpy sauce but put it through a sieve at the end - prefer a more spicy sauce "

Creamy pesto chicken with roasted tomatoes

"I have made this twice now and it is very messy- so instead of doing the breadcrumbs I wrapped it in thin smoked back bacon I have done it for 2 dinner parties and it has gone down extremely well I cooked the tomatoes(adding some balsamic glaze to them) separately to the chicken and after taking the chicken out of the dish added more marscapone to the juices and spooned this over as a sauce It is delicious and a firm favourite "

"This was delicious! I swapped the blackberries for raspberries and I didn't have pistachios so added some jumbo oats to make it crunchy.Got the thumbs up from my husband so definitely will be making again "

"lovely and wholesome dinner - did it with one pack of 500g mince - and this did for 2 evening meals although both times my husband had seconds. Didn't put in so much water as like it nice and thick and added fresh thyme at the end which was lovely. Will most likely make it again- just like shepherds pie with the potatoes inside "
