"Fantastic - made it twice now. Second time I put one less tablespoon of syrup which cut the sweetness a bit and added some cherry halves which made it even more delicious. I used maltesers instead of the turkish delight."

"we loved this but had taken note to add some more sauce so it wasn't dry. I added a couple of cloves of crushed garlic to the squash mixture - I used a butternut squash. Will make it again"

"Absolutely agree with the comments. I also got orzo from tesco, I hadn't used it before and have since added it to other dishes. This dish just takes you straight back to Greece - fantastic."
