"the cake was wonderful..the second time of cooking it i altered 1 or 2 things....i used 1 tsp baking powder...cooked it in sandwich tins ..used elmlea, 1 tbsp coco powder , and 1 tbsp of icing sugar for the filling...really nice ...will cook it many times im sure...im doing one now , going cover it with royal icing to make it into a birthday cake."

"well today is the first time that i have baked a cake for many years.....its in the oven now...i have read all the coments, just had to make it...only thing ...i have a small oven...hope its ok to cook the tins one at a time."
