"You can mix brown by combinig blue and red to make a dark purple then gradually add yellow, yes it does become sticky but will firm up again if left for a while."

"This is a lovely recipe, works well as it is but is also adaptable. We always use less mayo (as one of us hates it) and it turns out great. This makes a nice family tea or you could "tart it up "for a dinner party. Brilliant!"

"Lovely,simple,fresh tasting meal. You can tinker about with choice of veggies or the amount of pesto you want to use, the overall effect is very nice indeed."

"Lovely recipe enjoyed by all. I don't use nuts just oats and find it makes a nice basic flapjack style biscuit so I crumble about half for the trifle and the rest gets eaten as a biscuit. Also I think this serves a lot more than 10. I made about two thirds of the given amount and that gave 8 decent portions easily."
