"Quick & easy recipe once you have all the ingredients ready - completed quickly and ideal for a supper after a busy day. Chilli flakes give it a kick! I did the breadcrumbs in a separate pan in olive oil (as someone else suggested)- and it worked very well - ensure you start this while doing the chorizo pan - but be careful not to burn the crumbs!! Garlic & fresh rosemary taste was just enough. Will definitely do it again for a supper - & double the amounts for 4 people. Husband thought it was awesome - so it must be good!!"

"My sister in law been veggie for years and was ecstatic about these. However I find them also very wet and in future would add more egg and maybe more flour too. I did make them rather large and certainly would make them again but smaller and maybe not so thick. I made the Tahini paste for the first time and it stores well in the fridge and lovely spread on the toasted buns - gives out a lovely (nutty) taste. Will certainly be doing again, suggest you make day before and put in fridge, I found freezing made them too wet (as above). I fried them in a pan on the barbecue as suggestion above. Even if you do not like veggie food you will like these I am sure!!"

"I have made this on numerous occasions now. I found 15 minutes is about the right time in the summer months. However I occasionally take it from the freezer towards the end of the main meal and that works well too. Everyone who has eaten it before - always asks for it when they come for a meal. I have given this to many friends and family. I will try and do it in a loaf tin as suggested for a change. As we live in France - Lemon Curd is not sold here, I get it from UK. I will try a variation as suggested."

"I made this for the first time this weekend and it was great. My husband thought it was wonderful and wants it again!! I looked at suggestions made by previous people and took some some of their ideas on board. As some people said it was a little "bland" - I took note and added the following: 1. 2 teaspoon's of Paprika 2. 3 cloves of garlic - chopped and added with the onion 3. I mixed tomato puree in with the stock 4. Added a few frozen peas 5. I used one red and one green pepper 6. A good dose of black pepper and also some salt We had it cold today with Ham & other salad and new potatoes - and still as good. My sister in law who is a vegetarian thinks this looks great and is doing it tomorrow! I will certainly do it again "

"I have made this a few times and it has been very successful and people have enjoyed it. My only concern is that for 4 people there is not quite enough sauce. I will still continue to make it but increase the sauce."
