"I'm a fairly hopeless cook but managed to cook this no problem and had a very tasty meal at the end of it. I was very pleased with this receipe, even my boyfriend liked it, who normally complains about my cooking! Will definitely be making again and I like 'tako's suggestion of using up veg from the fridge."
