    "Thought this was great - have been looking for a nice chocolate cake mix and this one just hit the spot. Really chocolatey and slightly dense and sticky. The icing was also fab - though I did feel I might have to drive myself to the local cardiac unit when I saw how much butter and sugar (not to mention the condensed Mil) was in the whole thing. Still, what a way to go!!"

    Flambéed chicken with asparagus

    "Can I just say I'm not the most experienced cook in the world so for others, don't be put off by the "keen cook" tag at all. I made it last night for our 3rd anniversary dinner and it was so easy - now, you do have to have your wits about you when you light the cognac but other than that it was so simple - and so, so gorgeous. Thanks again for another great recipe"

    Rosemary & olive drop scones with goat's cheese

    "Made these as the nibbles for friends to eat when they arrived for a house party. They were truely quick and easy. Made half a batch with fresh basil (couldn't get fresh rosemary) and served with goat's cheese and cherry tomato and half a batch with dill, served with creme fraice and smoked salmon. Now they all think I'm the next Delia"

    "Made this cake last week and I agree the comments above. The juice of the berries leaked out of the tin leaving the berry topping dry. I made a sauce of more berries and served it with the cake to bring it back to life."

    "Hmmm - Can't agree with all the above - first time mine came out flat and crisp so I had to throw it out - second time cooked it at higher temp for shorter time (140 for 45 mins), then left it in the cooling oven for 45 mins to 1 hour and much much better. Could just be my oven though!"
