"really nice mid week meal using ingrediants I had already. Did use a splash of red wine in the sauce and basil instead of parsley. Was enjoyed by all, including a hungry 6 year old."

"Really lovely cake, very moist - took 50 mins in my fan oven. I found that chopping the sultanas makes them not sink to the bottom of the mixture. Luckily, when scooping out the pumpkin, I found that it came out all ready shredded..job done! To sue B - did you use too much orange juice? if so use extra icing sugar to thicken it up again. "

"Nice crust to the lamb and really liked the sauce. Felt it needed a gravy so when I removed the lamb, added the left over dressing to the pan and flour to the pan and then some hot stock to make a gravy. "

"my first fruit pie and it didn't disappoint. I used 80g sugar with the fruit as I used left over eating apples and blackberries and thought it may be too sweet with 140g sugar. I was a bit worried that the pastry would be too thin and would break so, rolled it out between two sheets of clingfilm with no flour and it turned out perfectly. Will use this again and again"
