    "Made these as a test batch for xmas and took them into work with rave reviews from my colleagues I will definately be making these again. The pastry was amazingly short and very crumbly. I added half an egg yolk as the pastry was easier to work with but I would not chill for later unless you knead it for a bit to get the butter to melt again as it was extremely difficult to work when using straight from the fridge."

    "really simple recipe and really tasty! I used the same quantity of sauce mix for a pack of eight sausages. I also used hot chilli powder which had a kick but wasn't too hot. If you are on weightwatchers this recipe works out at 8 propoints per portion if you have 2 Tesco half fat sausages (I also added a tbsp of oil to the sausages due to lack of fat but probably didn't need so could remove 1 propoint for this)"

    "Can't comment on the icing as havn't iced them yet and will probably use buttercream but the fairy cake mix is lovely and I managed to get 30 standard UK fairycakes out of the mixture using heaped tbsp's of the mixture. Perfect for my sons summer fete."

    "Lovely lamb but on serving, any sauce was immediately soaked up into the cous cous making the overall dish very dry so would not serve the lamb as shown in the picture again however the flavours were lovely "

    Butternut squash soup with chilli & crème fraîche

    "Nice roasted taste, roasted the garlic cloves whole and some carrots and left over peppers. Used chilli flakes added at the end for the warmth and really enjoyed. Added a teapoon of creme fraiche into the serving bowl instead of adding to the pot to make it more to my taste."
