"Very easy and delicious, will make again and will use small amounts of garlic in the olive parcels. saved the scooped out pieces of salmon to make fish cakes."

"I omitted the chilli flakes but added crushed garlic, i marinated the steaks using asmall coating of oilive oil, the garlic and corriander and pepper, all crushed. Excellent result!"

"I thought this recipe was great, so easy and very tasty. I substituted the parsley with corriander and this worked well. i will definetly cook tis recipe again."
