"did this with lime and green olives and side of deep fried finely sliced green platin and a guacamole to serve with sesame rice and deep fried mero(not sure translation but big thick white battered fish) and or chicken for mothers day in a restie in bogota. thanks everyone. 2morrow the day but tested on family, friends and huge hit. ps why no south american food onsite will remedy this."
