"Just made these today - very nice but as a few other people have said, quite crumbly and don't hold together well at all. Going to see if I can get my son to eat them. Hopefully it will be a good way to get some nuts and seeds into him!!!"

"I was disappointed with this actually - I think I put too much lemon juice in though as that was the overwhelming flavour. So if you try it, maybe add a bit at a time and taste."

"Loved it but as many people have already said - careful with the peanuts. My first lot burnt - second time, I cooked them for 6 minutes and that was just right in my oven. Really unusual cake recipe - my friends all loved it."

"Didn't adapt the recipe in any way and found this to be really disappointing. Agree with Fiona, very lemony and that's about all you can say about it. Think this recipe would need to be tweeked a lot to make it tasty."
