"I made this for my husband's birthday and it went down a treat. I had an issue with the mixture seeping out of the bottom of my baking tin as it is a very thin mixture so i had to quickly salvage it and pour into a loaf tin but the cake still turned out gorgeous. I reduced the amount of sugar in the recipe and used virtually fat free creme fraiche. I will be making this again but will use a different tin!!"

"This recipe is proper sunday grub. I made this for my hubby who absolutly loves lamb and it went down a storm. The meat just fell off the bone and the sauce was lovely. I will make this again!"

"I made this tart for a dinner party and it went down a treat. It was very tasty and wasnt heavy or sickly. I decorated with some fresh raspberries which not only made it look great but added to the taste. I will make this again! i had some issues with the chocolate going lumpy when mixed with the cream but i popped it back in the microwave and it did the trick."

"I made this cake for Mother's day and used some sugar rose petals to decorate and i used raspberry jam for the filling. I can honestly say this is the nicest cream sponge cake i have ever tasted and it looked amazing and was so easy to make. Next time i make this cake i am going to decorate with some fresh raspberries."
