Chocolate marble cake

"Love this recipe, I made a dairy free version using dairy free sunflower spread (pure) instead of butter and replacing the milk with soya milk. Went down very well with my husband who can't have dairy so usually misses out on chocolate cake. Second one in the oven for my sons birthday - will be decorated as a green alien with fondant icing so coloured the plain half green with food colouring, which looks amazing! Added a little extra cocoa powder to the choc half this time, yum!"

"Really yummy biscuits, I cut mine into stars with cookie cutters and sprinkled with caster sugar, they didn't stay uneaten for long! I've also used the recipe to make chocolate and vanilla swirls; make up the recipe as instructed, but leave out the vanilla and divide dough into two, add 1 tsp vanilla to one half and one tbs of coco powder to the other. Roll both sets of dough into a rectangle of the same size, place one on top of the other and roll up to make a sausage shape. Leave to rest for 15 mins, cut into rounds and cook as with normal biscuits. Yum! These are definatly on the list for my homemade christmas hampers this year!"

"I'm hoping to make this for Christmas presents too, I found canned cherry tomatoes in tesco, so I assume you should be able to get them in the bigger supermarkets? Just wondering if the cooking times would be the same if I doubled up the quantities? Will comment again when I've made it...!"
