"This was fantastic & really quick & simple to make. Instead of mascarpone cheese, (My children aren't keen on creamy sauces!) I put a slice of mozzarella on each chicken piece, just before it went in the oven. I've made it a few times now, with various types of pasta, & everyone has loved it! "

"This was very straight forward to prepare, but was a bit too 'heavy' for me. I served it with fresh raspberies & cream, which lightened it a bit. If I made it again, I think I'd cook it for less time, as mine was slightly dry. "
