"easy to make i used courgettes instead of the green beans. good for toddlers as big chunks are easy to pick up."

"have made this a few times gone down very well with partner and 2 yr old daughter, substituting rice for the couscous on more than one occasion as she loves rice, would try with different seafood or as jacket topping as previously suggested."
