"nice recipe is a bit fiddly i swapped tin of plain chopped tomatoes for one with herbs or garlic and add more of my own for bit more flavour"

"have made this a few times gone down very well with partner and 2 yr old daughter, substituting rice for the couscous on more than one occasion as she loves rice, would try with different seafood or as jacket topping as previously suggested."
