"I didn't find this a very attractive dish, but as I enjoy coconut, it was very tasty. With a few slices of lemon, it really set it off. "

"A great and very simple recipe to follow. I doubled the mixture easily to make two. The kids enyoed helping and as it almost a basic sponge recipe, they could follow the plan too. I like the strong orange flavour so did double the orange in the recipe too"

"A regular firm family favourite. Like many others it seems, this was my first attempt at making risotto and becuase it was so quick as well as easy, it has encouraged me to try more but this recipe but this is still my favourite."

"Great alternative to the usual muffin. TI made them for a buffet and they went down well. They didn't come out as sweet as I had hoped. I didn't find it went soggy but stayed moist. The muffin part did seem to be lacking a certain something.... maybe more sugar was needed?"

"I've already made this stollen twice and both times it has been given the big thumbs up. Needed to make sure the dough was rolled into a rectangle during the folding stage to make sure there was enough shape at the end to fold round the tin, so the circle didn't thin out at where the ends met. Definately worthwhile making and feeds a very large crowd"
