"Lovely flavour, the Marsala really made a difference! I only cooked one large pheasant which was a tad dry but it didn't ruin the dish. I added celery and substituted butternut squash for the parsnip and served with mash. I would definitely do this again."

"Good one!! I had some large vol-au-vent cases in the freezer that needed using up which ended up being great for portioning, I also used dried sage and wholegrain mustard as that's all I had. Easy and tasty, everything you want for a mid-week family dinner."

"This is ok, not the best flavour combination as we weren't keen on the mustard but the method is good and it was easy, so fine for a mid week family meal."

"Loved this dinner!! I added a bit of white wine to the sauce and only added 200g of peas which I think was more then enough. It was really really tasty and I didn't find the sauce runny at all. I served it with rice and steamed veg. Definitely worth doing."
