"really lovely, i don't see the problem with them! They were lovely and moist and tasted much like a brownie, i didn't do the topping, i used them as a base for chocolate and peanut butter cupcakes! ( used a peanut butter frosting) the compliments have not stopped and i have been asked to make them over and over again!"

"this was great, really easy, quick mousse, especially using the electric whisk. purplelila, raw egg whites is what most mousse is made out of, what were you expecting???!!! The shortbread was also great, i used orange juice instead of orange flower water, and turned out really orangey and delicious! The dough is a bit gooey, but not too difficult to manage when dusted with a little extra flour for rolling it out! The combination of the two was fantastic!"

"made with raspberries as blackberries weren't available, does not look like the picture though, followed the recipe exactly, used the right sized tin, but is nowhere near as tall as the picture! Hopefully it will taste ok though ... "
