"I did the bacon version and found it a bit dry, I try to always cook with wholemeal pasta and perhaps that didn't help. Very tasty though."

"I love this recipe. I also used shop bought pesto to speed things up, and I used Philadelphia Light rather than Mascarpone for a bit less fat. Served with new potatoes and asparagus tips. Perfect meal to cook for friends."

"This is a great chilli con carne. I will make again and again. I also serve with "smashed" avocado and plain tortilla chips as well as rice and soured cream. I used chocolate rather than sugar and will continue to do this."

"I made this with defrosted black forest fruits as a last minute panic substitute (my shopping delivery failed me!). I have a fan oven and did give the merignue cake a bit longer than suggested - it was fine. My problem was that the meringue spread over the edge of the tin and when I tried to lift out, it separated from the cake. It was delicious though and I will do again, but be more careful with the meringue next time!"

"Would go easier on the citrus as I love the taste of avocado and it got a bit lost. Was also a little worried about making the potatoes too spicy and ended up with them too bland instead, next time will probably use a bit more chilli powder or even chilli flakes. Will make again!"
