"After the cake was in the oven, I realised that I had forgotten to put the oil in. After a few panicked texts and phonecalls to baking experts I decided to chill and see how it turned out. I cut the cooking time to about an hour. It was still light and moist and everyone who ate it thought it was good. I also used the cream cheese topping from the Angela Nielsen Carrot cake recipe and it was very, very yummy. I had to stop myself from licking the bowl out. I will definitely make this again."

"And I did try it. I had this feeling that mussels would go really nicely instead of prawns, but instead I found a sea food cocktail with mussels, prawns and calamar. It was well yummy. "

"Couldn't find chapatis in the supermarket, so I used wholemeal tortilla wraps! What an international cuisine hey! Greek yoghurt, tortillas and curry paste!"

"HI Toya, I posted the same question elsewhere and: 1 cup of flour = 1 teaspoon baking powder. Now all we have to do is convert 1 cup to grammes!!!"

"Ok this is the dumb person's question, but what is the difference between baking powder and bicarbonate of soda? The baking powder makes the cake rise right? So what does the soda do? Do you have to put it in? "
