"Yes LabCook, I believe you haven't baked your brownie long enough. Chocolate recipes can be tricky and that is why you have to check them with a tooth stick before you take the pan out of the oven. The brownie has to be moist inside, but not sticky or liquid. Next time use a toot stick. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready, if not leave it in the oven another 10/15 min. Good luck! "
