    "Had a curry night around ours last night, and this was definitely a hit, although tasting nothing like the Makhani at my local take away. I used 1Kg mix of turkey breast and thigh, and followed some else’s advice on marinating it in some curry paste, i used a mixture of a mild and madras curry paste & left it in the fridge for a couple of hours before cooking and adding to the sauce. I also added x2 sweet potatoes as there was enough sauce, I chopped into small cubes cooked with a little water in the microwave and stirred in. I forgot the coriander but it still tasted great."

    "this a great little recipe that I have now done twice, but made mini ones. still with 3 layers of filo but cut each sheet in to 9 0r 12 for cupcake or muffin tins works really well and every one gets alittle one or two each."

    "lovely dish, ive now made acouple of times.The second time I made it, I didnt have all the ingrediants and so I exchanged dates with prunes and sweet potatoe for the butternut squash. It was still delishous and friends asked for the recipe."

    "tasted lovely and zesty husband also liked it, I didnt have tarragon and used rosemary instead. My only negative was my potatoes didnt look as good (brown) as in the picture, but all was forgiven as they were very tasty. lovely change "
