"Loved this dish. I was amazed at the lovely flavours that came from relatively simple ingredients. So simple and quick to prepare & cook. Will def become a favourite supper dish and will make extra for cold leftovers for next day packed lunches. I used dried thyme and this seemed to work just as well as fresh."

"Delicious & simple to make. Made it & chilled until the next day & reheated & the flavours seemed to be even better. Sweet & creamy and yet tastes like it should contain many more calories. Will be a definate favourite from now."

"So easy it's ridiculous - so so tasty. Blue cheese can often be over powering but the apple sauce compliments & softens beautifully. Second time I made this I cooked it with a foil lining & doubled the apple sauce & cheese topping - this resulted in extra lovely bubbling sauce to pour over. "
