"Love this recipe. Will add whole can of chickpeas as per recommendations. Frying the potato at the start in paprika creates the most gorgeous smoky smell. Will definitely cook again, imagine will become a regular."

"Personally not a great fan, it's unbelievably messy and anyway who successfully flips their tortilla without it collapsing, oozing and not all remaining in the pan has my respect. We ended up with cheesy stodgy, unrecognisable messes on our plates. Having said that, still 3 stars for yumness!"

"My God this is moreish. You think you've made enough to freeze some but you just keep on and on going back for more. I added red lentils as well which boil down into a lovely mush with the cauliflower. SO SO gooooood"
