"This is a quick and easy fave of mine and i make it quite often. I use dried wild mushrooms if i can get hold of them and like so many others have said i do boil the potatoes for a while first. Right at the very end i also add a tin of chopped spinach"

"Made this the other weekend and it was fantastic. The filling i mashed rather than did it chunky and i also threw in a few cooked prawns and a small amount of smoked salmon trimmings. This will be on the table at christmas. Thanks Sara"

"Made this today and it was really nice. i added more Coconut Milk than suggested as i wanted more sauce for the rice and also threw in a few mushrooms. Next time i do it i will add the beans a little earlier than the salmon as i think they needed cooking for a bit longer yes i will make it again it was great and got the thumbs up"
