"I did this in my slow cooker and added redcurrant jelly too. I browned the meat first and as the sauce/gravy was a little oily I mopped up the fat with a couple of slices of bread. Lovely tasty , tender meat. Everyone wanted the recipe !"

"I've just made this and it was delicious ! I used two lemons and stole the ginger biscuit crumb base idea ( thanks ). I've never made a mousse before and didn't realise how quick and easy it was. Will make again."

"I just made these to go with dinner this evening. They were scrummy and soooo easy. I didn't have smoked paprika so just used the regular stuff and I added garlic puree to the mix."
