"I added a reasonable amount of cumin and served it over Quinoa (we are a wheat / gluten free house, and therefore no cous cous). I also threw in some leftover roasted root vegetables at the last minute! We really enjoyed it, including my 3 year old daughter. Chicken was lovely and tender."

"Easy & Yummy! The onions were a little overcooked and blackened by putting them for as long as the potatoes, but that is easily rectified. I will definitely make again!"

"A fabulous quick alternative to some of the more complicated fish pie recipes. Will be a regularly served midweek meal for sure. My toddler couldn't get enough of it!!!"
