"I love lamb but my spouse doesn't. I had treated myself to some leg steaks in the hope he would eat some. Well I tried this recipe and we both think it's ace. I only had wholemeal pitta bread but it was perfect just the same."

"This sounds great. Does anyone think it could be cooked in a microwave? I do a great but simple sponge pudding in the microwave but that is almost a basic cake mix. Will try the oven method first."

"Following anonymous's comment I tasted the sauce before using and agreed it lacked something so sprinkled in some dried crushed chillies which just gave it a little kick. We loved it. I also very quickly lightly stir fried the veg before adding them to the noodles. Will definitely use the recipe again. (I had to use lemon because couldn't get lime at short notice and it was fine but I suspect lime would be better)"
