"just found this recipe again as i lost it few years ago after using it as a starter in a hotel i worked in. gotta say its one of the best startes i did while working there and had not one complaint. being a chef i have made several variations of this recipe and all went down a storm. instead of using bacon or pancetta try using chorizo sausage, the natural oil that comes from it really makes a difference, also try experiment with fresh herbs, corriander is my favourite. this recipe is so simple, quick and versitlie you cant go wrong. one of my favourite meals 10/10"
