"Mixed the cheese with pesto, used skinless chicken breasts and wrapped in bacon - v.v. scrummy!! Roasted with cherry tomatoes and carrots. Had with homemade bread from another recipe on the site."

"Having read all the comments about the stock etc, I changed it to adding wine and tarragon, as well as the milk into the sauce, then included spoonful of creme fraiche to thicken it further. Also used puff pastry. Turned out delicious!"

"Used a mixture of dried fruit and fresh fruit (blueberries, figs) and added cinnamon. Soaked fruit in herbal tea plus brandy. Also added some walnuts. It was delicious! "
