"These are gorgeous! I've just made them and I'm already making a second batch as I know they won't last five minutes as soon as my boyfriend gets home, if they even last that long! The texture is unusual but I love it, I added a bit of nutmeg as well as the cinnamon as I love the flavour. I think this would also be lovely with bits of apple instead of raisins and maybe some ground ginger? Yum! Thanks for putting the recipe on here :) it's a good base recipe that could have a million variations!"

"Great recipe! Used a bought tomato and chilli sauce as wanted something very quick to cook after work. Added some fried mushrooms too, and baked it for about 20 mins at 200 degrees instead of grilling, so could get on with other things while it was cooking. Served it with fresh salad. Haven't really cooked with gnocchi or mascarpone before and we were very impressed. Nice to find something so flavoursome and satisfying with no meat in! I'll cook this again and try different veg and cheeses, probably try courgette and aubergine with mozzarella next time.Or whatever we have in the fridge!"

"Found the flavours a bit overpowering, next time would use less curry paste and no fish sauce, and add some veg such as peppers and onions. "
