"oh this is now a firm favourite here. tonight i have smothered it with the remains of a mozzarella and tom salad and pine nuts its so delicious. AND takes 5 minutes to make even with a homemade sauce. "

"absolutely delicious i made it the day before then added more stock and reheated the day after in the oven with a cover on gorgeous though did cook a lot longer. delish with french bread. would be nice with sausages or even belly pork. "

"i made this today with black lentils it was sublime. BUT i didnt top with mash i made a crumble top instead. mixed butter with some flour and porridge oats and added good handful of those dried onions. delicious. "

"delicious, i used sweet potato instead of parsnip as i didnt have any! left out tom puree and added some mushrooms. i made the stew the day before then just mixed up the topping to cook"
