"i used a tin of peaches which had been languishing in the cupboard. and no orange and half the sugar in the juice it was sweet enough. really nice and much nice than crumble which can be quite stodgy"

"these are much nicer if you boil the ribs first then put the marinade in a bag and add the ribs overnight. i actually make them to this point then freeze them for when i want to use them as you can buy bulk ribs from the butcher and i make 5 or 6 lots! "
