"Wow, what can I say about this recipe, it is fantastic. I have made the dish several times now and have made a couple of changes to suit us, I use a tin of coconut milk plus a small sachet of coconut cream, a little less of the curry paste and cashews instead of peanuts. It is so easy and yet has the most amazing flavour, definitely my curry of the moment."

"Have just made these cookies for my son to take to uni - good ice breaker! I am very impressed, they really have the goo factor. I used slightly less melted chocolate in the mixture as I noticed the comments about them being sweet and didn't put the melted chocolate on top and they are excellent, will definitely be using this recipe again."

"Really impressed with this, absolutely delicious. I left out a couple of chillis and made it in a Tefal jam maker so the timings were a little different but very easy. Definitely will be making this one again."

"Before I made this recipe I did not like turnips but they turned up in my organic box so thought I would give it a go. Really glad that I did, we loved this, the flavours were amazing and will definitely be using again. "
